Hi, I’m Viraj Amarasinghe, a Computer Engineering student turned entrepreneur.I’ve founded the creative agency Make It Viral Media, websites with a published series of romantic poetry books and a dedicated website for sharing mindfulness.
This is my personal website. It is focused on my unique journey from a forest monk to a tech entrepreneur, where I share my experiences with you. My goal is to create insightful content on mindfulness, creativity, and personal growth that you can apply to your own life. If you are looking for inspiration, poetry, or digital solutions, then this site is for you.
I was born in Sri Lanka. Ever since I can remember, I have been driven by a search for deeper meaning, which led me to leave home right after high school. I spent 12 years living in the forest as a Buddhist monk, practicing intense meditation and mindfulness in caves and isolation. This experience taught me discipline and resilience. I later moved to Tampa, Florida, to pursue my education in Computer Engineering and started my own business ventures, including a web design agency and a marketing agency, proving that it’s never too late to reinvent yourself and make a positive impact.
